Personally Identifiable Information We do not collect any personally identifiable information about you such as your name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address unless you voluntarily provide it to us when you register for an expedition and/or make a tax-deductible donation.
If you do not want your personally identifiable information collected, please do not submit it to us. If you have previously submitted information about yourself to us and would like for us to remove it from our records, please contact us at the e-mail address listed above. We will then delete your information from our existing files.
Financial Information When you register for an expedition or make an online tax-deductible donation to Trekking For Kids, Inc., the donation is verified, completed and encrypted by Acceptiva, which owns and operates the Acceptiva website. Trekking For Kids, Inc. receives all of the data you enter in the online registration and donation forms, respectively, except for your credit card number and security code. Government records confirm Acceptiva as a valid business. You may contact Acceptiva in Snoqualmie, Washington at +1.800.507.3871. The Acceptiva site is secured by an Equifax SSL certificate.
Email Addresses Our website provides a form where you may choose to enter your email address to sign up for our mailing list. We do not sell, rent, exchange or otherwise disclose our mailing lists or information about our site visitors, except when compelled by law or to investigate abuse of our website.
